How does Coostom Yoga work?

Coostom Yoga offers a set of videos, each containing one Asana, which you can combine to create different Yoga sessions. You can, for example, create a quick morning stretch session, and a more in-depth one hour long session for when you have more time. Our goal is to give you full control over your practice, allowing you to evolve your sessions as you improve or your needs change.

Why should I customize my practice?

As you practice more, your capabilities will evolve. Also, your needs may change with time - a sore back will benefit from certain poses, while your new running hobby might prompt you to do more hamstring stretches. Whatever the reason, Coostom Yoga offers you the possibility to create your own sessions and edit them at any time. You can therefore choose poses that are more challenging, more gentle, or just different.

How much does it cost?

The trial is free of charge, no credit card needed. Just jump in and give Coostom a try.

After the trial period, we offer monthly and yearly subscriptions. You have the option to automatically renew your subscription at the end of each period, or to do it manually. See the details here.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. All payments are made through the Paypal system, we never store or even transmit any payment information - it's all done through their website.

Will you renew my subscription automatically?

You can choose to have your subscription renewed automatically at the end of each period. At the moment, however, we only support this if you pay with a paypal account, not with a credit card. We will implement this very soon, so stay tuned through our newsletter.

Can I use Coostom Yoga from my mobile or tablet?

If your mobile or tablet supports Flash, you should have no problem using Coostom Yoga.

If you have an iOS device (iPad, iPhone, iPods), you will not be able to play our videos. But we will be adding support for this very soon so stay tuned and we'll let you know.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We would be very sorry to see you go, but if you have to leave, just contact us and we'll take care of you. We would really appreciate it if you tell us what went wrong, so we can improve.
